March 30, 2020 Consul General (Acting) Dmytro Kamkov, met with the Deputy Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government of Guangdong Province, Mr. Luo Jun, during which the Ukrainian diplomat thanked, among the other things, for assistance provided by the provincial and municipal authorities.

During the conversation, the Chinese counterpart also informed Ukrainian diplomat on successful teleconference between the twin cities of Zhanjiang (Guangdong province) and Brovary (Kyiv region). Chinese doctors were able to share their best practices in fighting the battle COVID-19 in the P.R.C.

In addition, expressing his deep respect for the the Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government of Guangdong Province, Vice Consul of Ukraine forwarded letters on behalf of the Embassy of Ukraine in the P.R.C. and the Consulate General of Ukraine in Guangzhou for comprehensive assistance.
