The Consul General of Ukraine in Guangzhou Serhii KAPUZO held meetings with the management of Chinese companies «Global-Ucar Technology» and «China Good Car», which are among the largest exporters of electric cars.

During the meetings Chinese counterparts described their experience working on the Ukrainian market since 2019 and expressed their further interest in cooperation with potential Ukrainian partners.

Representatives of the named above Chinese companies also reported on significant increase (2-3 times) requests from Ukrainian companies over the last quarter. Chinese experts predict a further increase in demand for electric cars from Ukrainian users, takin into account fuel crisis and high costs of traditional types of fuel in Ukraine.

In addition, the parties also discussed an issue on opening representative offices of the above-mentioned Chinese companies in Ukraine. Among the other things it has been stated that they are ready to invest their own funds in the future project.
