On 6 February 2026, the Head of the Consulate General of Ukraine in Guangzhou, Serhii Kapuzo, held a meeting with the management of the Chinese company Shenzhen Flight Energy at the Consulate General. During the meeting, the parties discussed, among other issues, the supply of the company’s products to Ukraine as humanitarian assistance, in particular the delivery of 100 diesel heaters.
On 9 February 2026, diplomats of the Consulate General of Ukraine in Guangzhou paid a working visit to Shenzhen, where they visited the headquarters and production facilities of Shenzhen Flight Energy. During the visit, the company’s CEO, Ms. Chen Xiao, presented a wide range of products that could be useful for Ukraine amid the destruction of its electricity infrastructure.
Special attention was paid to the FE-H3 diesel heater, which the company agreed to supply to Ukraine free of charge in the amount of 100 units. The FE-H3 is a portable heating device capable of quickly heating indoor spaces of up to 100 square meters. It generates heat by burning diesel fuel or biodiesel and can also operate using a rechargeable electric power source. The device is distinguished by its compact size and portability, high safety standards, environmental friendliness, and reliability.
In addition to the FE-H3 heater, representatives of the Chinese manufacturer demonstrated other products that may be useful for the Ukrainian population during power outages, including a portable diesel generator, diesel heaters for premises of 150 and 300 square meters, large diesel water heaters, field diesel mini kitchen stoves, and firefighting equipment.
During the visit, Ukrainian diplomats held discussions with the company’s management on the technical and administrative aspects of delivering the first batch of humanitarian aid and proposed initiating preparations for a second batch.
On 11 February 2026, another meeting was held at the Consulate General with the authorized representative of Shenzhen Flight Energy, Mr. Xi Yan, who will be directly responsible for coordinating the shipment of the humanitarian cargo. Mr. Xi also serves as Executive Director of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Business Council Economic and Trade Cooperation Exchange Center, which plans to implement investment projects in Ukraine, including the construction of industrial facilities and participation in infrastructure reconstruction.
On the same day, the Consul General of Ukraine in Guangzhou held online discussions with the management of the Ukrainian logistics company Meest China, which agreed to transport the humanitarian cargo to Ukraine free of charge for its subsequent distribution to people in need.
Currently, diplomats of the Consulate General of Ukraine in Guangzhou, in coordination with the Embassy of Ukraine in the People’s Republic of China, as well as Meest China and Shenzhen Flight Energy, are carrying out organizational arrangements to ensure the shipment of the humanitarian cargo to Ukraine in the near future.
